Refunds
Build (one-time) — If we have not started your build (no intake reviewed, no design kickoff), you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once work has started, refunds are partial and proportional to unfinished work, agreed in writing.
Hosting (€35/mo) — Cancel anytime. We do not refund the current billing month; access continues until the period ends.
Grow (€90/mo) — Cancel anytime. Access to the AI layer ends at the end of the paid period, or immediately if a payment fails and stays past due. We do not refund partial months already used.
Audit — Free. No payment, no refund needed.
To request a refund or cancellation, email support@transferstack.dev with your order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
